Message	and yes you are correct with your two reasons, but to say that "If you really believe that the guy that gets an inflated estimate is putting excessive burden on the industry, you should really study the industry a little more." is just stupid. Although it may not be as much as a frivolous lawsuit, its still trying to pull the wool over the company's eyes. And every little bit adds up, rather quickly. And if you have done this (and since you reccommend it to others) then you are one of the jackasses that I detest, along with everyone else who ends up paying for it through higher rates etc.
